Erotic Fempowerment in Montréal

At the start of April, after the rhythm of waves and west coast breeze, I returned to Montréal—a city of play, pulse, and possibility. Here, I stepped back into the warmth and depth of our Erotic Fempowerment circle, guiding the finale of a 3-part series created specifically for feminine erotic empowerment. These sessions were a weaving of breath, touch, curiosity, and courageous release. What unfolded was nothing short of sacred.

The Group: Grounded in Body, Brave in Heart

This community has a pulse all its own. We came together in a cozy space tucked away from the city’s rush—an intimate circle of AFAB (assigned female at birth) powerhouses, several of us queer, fluid, cis-women and non-binary beauties, many riding the waves of hormonal changes, grief, longing, and deep desire. The group was predominantly French-speaking, which brought its own kind of warmth and intimacy to the space.

There’s something uniquely powerful about gathering this way. Very little need to translate. No need to shrink. Just full-bodied presence in all its glorious contradictions: rage and reverence, sorrow and sensuality.

The Sessions: Breath, Touch, and the Mystery of Release

Each session followed an arc: beginning with guided breathwork to ground and open, moving into self-touch to explore sensation and agency, and eventually into partnered or triad-based touch practices that invited consensual giving and receiving.

The focus of our time together was on female ejaculation and the anatomy of arousal. We explored the nuance and complexity of pleasure, orgasm, and satisfaction—deconstructing myths and reclaiming truths. The theme that guided us was ejaculation—yes, that kind—but also so much more. We explored ejaculation in its widest, most inclusive sense: emotional release, physical letting go, energetic surrender, and expressive climax.

We asked questions like: What does it mean to let go fully? What happens when we’re witnessed in our pleasure? Where have we been holding back? And what if the flood isn’t something to be feared, but to be honored?

The Power of Circles: Witnessing, Normalizing, Celebrating

Every person in the room brought a thread of courage. We sat with grief. We laughed. We cried. We busted myths and shared stories that had never seen the light of day.

There’s alchemy in being seen like this—in having your truth land in another’s nervous system without flinching. That’s what these circles offer. Not solutions, not fixes, but a mirror. A yes. A hand held out in solidarity.

Collective pleasure, in these spaces, is political. It’s revolutionary. It’s a reclamation.

The Edge and the Invitation: Growing What’s Real

This body of work is growing—slowly, organically. Like roots before blossoms. There’s no rush, no pressure to scale. It’s grassroots. It’s real. And it’s needed.

Several folks have been curious to join us. We have chosen to grow slow. Others have wondered if there is a circle like this in their community or what would it take to light one up?”

If you feel the pull to bring something like this to your community, region, cluster, polycule, chosen erotic family, I’d love to support you where I can.

Because this isn’t just my work. It’s ours.

With devotion and delight,
