Permission to get high on… your breath? Yes, please! Join me in my new home for New Moon Ecstatic Breathwork, an introductory experience designed to awaken your energy, boost creativity, and invite more sensation and pleasure into your body. This journey is a chance to explore the depths of your energetic body, tune into your nervous system, and discover new pathways to ecstatic states through the power of conscious breathing.
We’ll be using a variation of the Breath Energygasm, taught to me by the inspiring Barbara Carrellas, to breathe life and vitality into each of the seven energy centers or chakras. Together, we’ll explore breath holds and patterns to expand your energy and awareness, gently unlocking those pleasure pathways that often go overlooked in our daily routines.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or have experience, all levels are welcome! This guided session invites you to move beyond the usual limits of routine, finding freedom in your breath and a deeper connection with yourself. Ecstatic Breathwork dissolves inner barriers, elevates sensitivity, and heightens self-awareness, offering you the chance to access pleasure, self-acceptance, and personal transformation.
Come as you are, breathing at your own pace, and experience how this powerful practice can bring you closer to living fully—one breath at a time.
This event is $20-40 PWYC (pay what you can)
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will begin with a welcome circle, share what brought us together, some basic instruction and a demonstration.
We will set up our own personal travel pod/nest.
With a curated soundtrack of evocative music playing in the background, we will breathe together building our collective energy. You will be guided and encouraged to give yourself the freedom to move and make sounds creating space for a deeper surrender. We will breathe together for some time, playing with continuous flow and breath holds. Participants are encouraged to find and play in the flow of our own breath, exploring the infinite possibilities for ecstasy.
We will close with a short optional share.
