Welcome to Raynefyre.ca! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online shop and the purchase of products through our website. By accessing or using our shop, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Raynefyre.ca (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides digital and physical products for sale. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases from our shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders and Payments
– All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
– We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards.
– Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues.

4. Shipping and Delivery
– Physical products are shipped via Secure Ship and estimated delivery times vary.
– Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
– We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds
– Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final.
– For physical products, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
– Refunds will be processed within 90 days business days after receipt of the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on Raynefyre.ca, including but not limited to text, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Raynefyre.ca and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec in Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec in Canada.
