Welcome to Raynefyre.ca! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online shop and the purchase of products through our website. By accessing or using our shop, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Raynefyre.ca provides digital and physical products for sale. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases from our shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders and Payments
– All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
– We accept payments via PayPal.
– Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on Raynefyre.ca, including but not limited to text, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Raynefyre.ca and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec in Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec in Canada.

Shipping, Refunds + Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Lead Time & Fulfillment

All prints are made-to-order by our trusted art printer in North America. Please allow 10 business days for manufacturing before your order ships.

Shipping Destinations & Transit

Canada: Standard shipping (approx. 9–12 business days) from fulfillment—flat rate $20 CAD
USA: Standard shipping (approx. 12–15 business days) from fulfillment—flat rate $25 CAD

International: Standard shipping (approx. 15-21 business days) from fulfillment—flat rate $35 CAD

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your piece from our studio to your door.

Secure Packaging
Your artwork is hand‑checked, wrapped in protective cover, and placed in art‑secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Physical products are shipped via Secure Ship and estimated delivery times vary.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments caused by third-party carriers.

The cost shipping costs do not include custom duties, handling fees, import sales taxes or tarrifs.

Returns & Exchanges

No Refunds, Only Exchanges or Store Credit
To keep our process simple and sustainable, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you may exchange your print for another design or receive store credit toward a future purchase.

Defective or Damaged Prints

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of any defect or damage.
We’ll issue a prepaid return label so you can send it back at no cost.
Upon receipt, we’ll replace your print or issue store credit—your choice.

Change‑of‑Mind Exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the postage cost will be deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll apply your credit or ship your replacement.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Email us at love[at]raynefyre[dot]ca with your order number and reason.
We’ll send you the simple return instructions and label.
Choose your new design or let us know if you’d rather hold a credit.
