Breathwork experiences often bring up strong emotions, sometimes accompanied by elevated sound levels. Some individuals are sensitive to these expressions and may even block access to their own emotions or inner experience as a result.
We would like to offer these participants the option of attending the workshop with headphones to help support access to their inner world. The headphones do not block 100% of the sound, but they will significantly reduce outside noise while still allowing participants to hear Raynefyre’s guidance and Marc Lalonde’s mineral soundscape.
If this option resonates with you, we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate up to four participants. Please let us know at least one week in advance.
We hope this option will allow more people to fully benefit from this workshop.
WHAT TO EXPECT
OPENING CIRCLE
We will begin with a welcome circle, share what brought us together, some basic instruction and a demonstration.
ECSTATIC BREATHWORK guided by Raynefyre
We will set up our own personal travel pod/nest.
With live a live mineral composed soundscape, we will breathe together building our collective energy. You will be guided and encouraged to give yourself the freedom to move and make sounds creating space for a deeper surrender. Activating the pelvic floor muscles for a rhythmic dance toward ecstasy, we will breathe together for some time, exploring continuous flow and breath holds. You are encouraged to find and play in the flow of your own breath, discovering infinite pathways to pleasure and ecstasy.
CLOSING CIRCLE & SNACK INTEGRATION
We will integrate with a round of reflections and gratitude. Then share our favourite snacks.
How to Prepare
* Notify me of any health or accessibility concerns.
* This practice is for you. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and at home in your skin.
* Bring objects to build a nest for breathwork: Yoga mat, blanket, or fabric to lay on and a blindfold or eye mask and water bottle. Bring a journal and pen if you’d like.
* Bring what you want to share: Nourishing favourite snacks.
* Most importantly, come with a curious and open mind and heart!
* As an active participant you are accountable for your actions and experience. Everything is an invitation, you may choose to explore that which you are ready for.
* Please respect the privacy of all of the participants. What that happens in the circle stays in the circle. You are free to share about your own experience without naming other participants outside of their consent.
