Permission to get high on what now? Join me in the comfort of my new home for one of two introductions to Ecstatic Breathwork—a practice designed to wake up your energy, spark creativity, and open up your body to more sensation and pleasure. This journey is an invitation to get to know your energetic body, your nervous system, and discover pathways to ecstatic states through conscious breath.
Using a variation of the Breath Energygasm, taught to me by the brilliant Barbara Carrellas, we’ll breathe vitality into each of the seven energy centres or chakras, building capacity and exploring breath holds to expand your energy and awareness. With each inhale, we’ll dive into the subtle, untapped layers of your sensuality, unlocking those pleasure pathways that often go unnoticed in our daily hustle.
No experience is needed—all levels are welcome! This guided session offers the chance to move beyond the limits of routine, finding freedom in your breath and a profound connection to yourself. Ecstatic Breathwork has the power to dissolve barriers, elevate sensitivity, and deepen self-awareness, inviting you to access heightened pleasure and embrace a new relationship with yourself and those around you.
Come as you are, breathe at your own pace, and discover how this powerful practice can be a game-changer for personal growth, self-acceptance, and the beauty of living fully, one breath at a time.
This event is $20-40 PWYC (pay what you can)Â
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will begin with a welcome circle, share what brought us together, some basic instruction and a demonstration.
We will set up our own personal travel pod/nest.
With a curated soundtrack of evocative music playing in the background, we will breathe together building our collective energy. You will be guided and encouraged to give yourself the freedom to move and make sounds creating space for a deeper surrender. We will breathe together for some time, playing with continuous flow and breath holds. Participants are encouraged to find and play in the flow of our own breath, exploring the infinite possibilities for ecstasy.
We will close with a short optional share.
